To add these images to your chosen media you can just cut and paste.
On a Mac, scroll over image with the mouse or click control button on your keyboard, choose copy image on the pop up window. Open your chosen document and click control on your keyboard, and choose paste from the pop up window.
On your iphone or ipad, just tap and hold on the image and choose copy. Open the email, text, or other document you want to add the image to and tap on the place you want the image and hold until the choice paste comes up and press that.
You can also save the images to your camera roll by pressing and holding on the image and using them from there when you want.
